At any time throughout the contest, the Contest Administrator and Sponsor each reserve the right to change submission dates and guidelines, without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, increasing and/or extending entry and submission deadlines for any aspect of the contest.  The final selection process will be conducted in two parts, each accounting for 50% of the vote: 1) a public vote and 2) a final judging panel.  Part 1) The Finalists will be posted on the Sponsor’s website from during the month of April.  During this time contest entrants as well as the public will be eligible to vote for their favorite submission by following the onscreen prompts to register their vote. Only one vote per person will be permitted.  Points will be assigned to each entry based on how they ranked following the close of the voting period.  Part 2) The Finalists entries will be voted upon by a Final Judging Panel to be selected by the sponsor.  One the same scale as the public vote, points will be assigned to each entry based on how they were ranked by the judging panel.  The Submission with the most combined points overall will be named the winner. In the event that more than one Submission receives the same number of votes, then a winner will be selected from the tying entries by the Judging Panel in accordance with the guidelines of the judging criteria. Sponsor or Contest Administrator will notify winner by telephone, e-mail, overnight mail and/or via the Facebook messaging system on or around April 15, 2012. Selected winner will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within two (2) days of attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, Sponsor will select an alternate winner from the pool of Finalists.  Contest winner will be required to verify address and to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release covering eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity and media appearance issues, unless prohibited by law. Prize will not be awarded until all such properly executed forms are returned. In the event that a winner is a minor; all correspondence will be sent to the attention of the parent and legal guardian of such minor and the parent or legal guardian will be required to sign the contest release forms as stated above.  The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries receiver according to the eligibility requirements.
